These terms cover the Fancy Text app and the fancystyle.app website. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
1. The app
Your use of the Fancy Text app is governed by Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), together with the terms below.
2. Fancy Text Pro
- Fancy Text Pro is offered as subscriptions and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a plan includes a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- A Lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew.
- To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore purchases in the app's settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
3. Acceptable use
Use the app and the website lawfully. Don't use text you create with Fancy Text to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone, to send spam, or to break the rules of the services where you paste it. Some apps and websites can't display every character, so styled text may look different, or not appear, where you paste it.
4. This website
The fancystyle.app website is free to use. Text you type into its generators is styled in your browser. The website and its content are provided as they are, and may change or be unavailable from time to time.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
